I read many reviews before I buy. I read some of the good reviews. And a lot of the negative reviews. To see why people had issues. Gesner has really good reviews. I read a lot of reviews about the sales staff. And not much about the cars these people purchased. I purchased a 2020 Passat. I’am a mechanic by trade. The car I purchased, I love! Mechanically it is sound. And the condition was excellent. The sales staff, was as reported awesome. I would do business with them again. And would recommend Gesner to family members.

Drove down from the North Shore to see Christopher in regards to a vehicle on the lot. The automatic 3 month 3000 mile warranty included in all vehicles was the cherry on top. We worked together to come to a place where we were both comfortable with the purchase. Devin put together a great warranty package and we were able to finalize the purchase with smiles!!

I drove from RI to look at a car Ive been talking to Devin about- got there and Devin said he sold it-didnt bother to call me and let me know before i drove 45 minutes there. he showed me another color -i bought it because i dont have good credit and needed a car to go to work- from Devin-he tried to add 2000 to the sticker price until i caught it. he didn't know what to say-i test drove it-without his help-he just gave me the keys -did not explain anything about the car-then there were scratches on the back-said it would be fixed - sure was just hacked it up. took him at least 1 month to register -said it was my fault. very unprofessional-so sorry i ever bought a car from there. beware on Gesner Auto

The vehicle was priced to sell with an attractive trade-in value for my Chevy Silverado. I stopped in one afternoon to see about getting a quote on something I needed done for my Subaru. The young lady in the Service Dept. (Kat) was very patient with me and explained exactly what I needed done. What a refreshing experience I had as she was upfront, knowledgeable and very patient with me. I never felt rushed.

The girl at the service department was great! She was very understanding and answered all of my questions I would recommend anyone to this dealership especially for service!
