I went in to look at a 2015 Versa Note SR Hatchback. Everyone at the dealership seemed to have no idea what I was talking about, even though it was literally at the front of the dealership, very first car facing the highway even, I even opened the door and sat in it before I walked inside the building. After a brief discussion amongst themselves, they found the keys and Marvin, sales person I guess? He never really introduced himself. He looked very unprofessional also. He walked me to the car and let me turn on the car. The car itself had a lot of moderate issues, drivers window didn't roll all the way down, radio didn't work at all and serpentine belt was squeeling pretty loud. A lot things I feel should be fixed before listing it. Marvin seemed to have zero sales skills and have zero knowledge of this car and it's features, nor any car on the lot. He didn't even offer a different car to look at. Still, I made an offer on the Versa and left it with the management because they were too busy to talk to me I guess, and Marvin can't even close a door, much less a deal. My offer was the asking price less the approximate costs of the fixes I would need to do to correct those issues, which was beyond fair. They never got back to me, not even the Carfax I asked for was available. But looking back, I'm glad they didn't get back to me. If a dealership can't correct those little things before selling a car, who knows what else will come up once I actually drive it a few miles down the road. I highly do not recommend this place. There's much better experiences out there.

Bad service ever we was asking questions he didnt answer or he would say idk and we want to finance a car and they told us that car wasnt available for finance that it was a cash car and on the car and online that car said it was for finance so we ask what car we could finance and they said they dont know so we just left smh

went to look at some BMW they all where dirty inside n out u will think someone would clean the inside not only some have broken title no deals where offered lane i came with cash money

This dealer sold me a car with no catalytic converter and the computer messed with so it would not show faults. They are no good frauds and need to be put out of business. I have reported them to attorney general for action. Stay away from them

This dealership looked me in the face and handed me a Carfax report that they clearly had altered. Come to find out the car I purchased had a major front-end collision the frame is bent the head gaskets are completely blown and the engine overheated 2 minutes after I got out of the parking lot onto the freeway they will not help me or anything else. Finally called me back after a week of trying to get a hold of them every single day. The owner laughed in my face I do not recommend anyone wasting their money at this facility they are a joke they are thieves and they are not reputable. Don't waste your time and your hard-earned money on these fake like fact altering people

DO NOT BUY HERE!! I bought a car from them only to find out that they had cut the wires to the dash panel which would reveal that there was a number of warning lights on, including the check engine light. If you read other reviews online this is a common thing that comes up. At this point I've spent as much on repairs as I paid for the vehicle. Honestly, I got on yelp just to try and save other people the trouble. DO NOT BUY HERE!

The company would not allow vehicle to be inspected at another location nearby. They want you to get a mobile Mechanic to do the inspection on their lot

Found a vehicle online that I was extremely interested in. I asked for more information on July 25, 2020 and still have not heard back from the company. Very dissatisfied with customer service.
