I was searching for a car and went to many dealerships and heard about the Optiq so I came to Massey Cadillac . The receptionist that greeted me was kind and friendly and the dealership was immaculate. My sales woman was Melinda Edwards and I couldn?t have been happier! She was knowledgeable, kind, sweet and above all did not make it like the typical car salesman pressure feel that everyone dreads to experience when they car shop! She has continued to follow up and also up be available for any questions I?ve had since I?ve taken the car home . Everyone made this experience so smooth and refreshing including the manager Brandon and Alicia Pyle in finance . Alicia kindly went over all paperwork and answered all questions but making what?s usually a monotonous experience enjoyable! We actually had some good laughs and conversation . Overall great experience! I would definitely refer someone to this dealership!
