Do Not Buy Used Cars From Them!
DO NOT buy a used car from them!!! They were selling a very specific configuration of a Mercedes wagon that I had been looking for but I live out of state. I assumed I could be confident buying out of state from a Mercedes dealership. They ensured me the car had been checked out and there was nothing wrong with it. I trusted them and had the vehicle delivered to me. Unfortunately, it turned out to have a broken Comand control knob ($500 repair) and non functioning air conditioner (up to $2k repair). I sent messages to the salesman John Singley, the sales manager Chip Tyler, and the general manager Daniel Stronge. No one will respond. They were either being dishonest or did not know about these issues but either way, they refuse to be accountable. I expect more from a Mercedes dealer than a janky used car lot.

Every One at this dealership was great. I had gone back and forth with John and he was very patient and checked and rechecked everything I asked about. Financial paperwork was a breeze, got me a great rate! Loved the entire experience. Even all the customers were friendly and chatting. The dealership even had drinks and snacks for you!!

I purchased a preowned glc300 pano 2018 for my daughter. She was able to go to dealership a day earlier than I could , but I was the one purchasing the car. I trusted the staff of Mercedes Benz of Tuscaloosa to negotiate with my daughter on her trade in and she completed all the paperwork so that I could drive up the next day and buy it. We have never been to a dealership where people were so efficient ,nice and trustworthy.
