I sold a car on December 22, 2023. I received a very good offer via the internet that was honored in full when I got the car to EchoPark. The staff were all extremely courteous and attentive. The facilities are spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. I ill definitely be a costumer in the future.

Drove all the way to the other side of the town to look
Drove all the way to the other side of the town to look at the kia stinger last Tuesday and i was there for at lest hour 1/2 half looking at cars and even test drove two cars I liked . But mainly liked the stinger that I came to see in the first place . But i had to leave and but told the salesman Ruben I needed a quote on what the final cost of the car would be with extended warranty /gap /TTL and he said he would email that info to me and gave me his business card . Well two days goes by and I text him asking why I never received an email from him on the car , sadly no response back . Now it's been 5 days and still no response back by Email Nor text ! ! Seems to me that they are NOT interested in my business !! Sooooo Thanks for wasiting my time and gas for making that long trip over there !!!

Communication goes a long way.
Communication goes a long way. A complete waste of my time. They send you multiple messages to confirm an appointment but could not send one to tell me the car I was scheduled to test drive was being sold. I drove 45 minutes in traffic, just a waste of my gas, tolls and time. Noe, Dominic & Ryan seemed nice but it was still a big waste.
