No return calls after 3 calls for service.
No return calls after 3 calls for service. Once I got someone, they could not help me if I dropped off the car no help to get home. Still advertising valet service that no longer exists. When I pointed out this is false advertising the service manager said he was ending the call. We have bought 5 vehicles fro them when they were win kelly. Will NOT buy next vehic!e there because of service department. Also had poor service on last visit.

Koons Chevrolet service department is awesome. Service manager Kacey Burris is an absolute rockstar. She is extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. Koons does great work at an economical price and delivers on time. Highly recommend!!!
