If I could give a negative star, I sure would. My vehicle had never had the 167 point inspection before my purchase. I took my 2017 Altima for the 167... point inspection, which includes oil change and check of all fluids. Went to pick my car up and I see a dent on the trunk of the vehicle which was not there when I purchased the vehicle. Service and general sales managers refused to accept responsibility and fix damage that was cause in their service department by their careless service employee. While picking up my vehicle, I overheard another customer complaining about a dent that is on the car which was not there when she dropped the vehicle off for service. Also, service employee had taken change out of my vehicle while in service. Dropped the car in for service again in a few days after the purchase date, because washer motor was not working. Before dropping vehicle off, I made a notation of the amount and quantity of change I had in the vehicle, to see if it'll happen again. When I went to pick the vehicle up, I noticed change was taken out of the car again. This time I confronted the service advisor and general manager and advised them about change taken out of my car again. Their response was very neutral and did not seem like they cared about the situation at all. Filed complaints with Nissan, BBB and dealerships response was " customer has bought two cars and is a problematic customer" Mind you, I did buy two different cars in two weeks and only complained when dent was put and cash stolen out of my vehicle. Just like any other dealership, once they have their sale, they put you in the back seat and don't care what happens. I don't recommend the dealership service department to anybody. If you must use their service department, I suggest you take all valuables out of your vehicle and take photos of the vehicle before dropping it off. ON a good note, Scott the salesperson was a great man and took good care of me during my two different car purchases. On the other hand, the general manager Travis, is just a pathetic liar and he's the one who claims I am a problematic customer and that he offered to take care of the situation and I refused. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
