I helped a friend purchase a used vehicle from Oakes Kia. She doesn't do much online, but I wanted to make sure to put a SHOUT OUT to Stacey! She was upfront, fun, asked my friend many questions to make sure she had found the right car and most of all, wanted her to feel good about her purchase when she drove off! Apparently, they aren't paid on commission, but online reviews help their pay. To each his own, but why should anyone ask a customer to reward them for doing their job? Even if you don't know STACEY, ask for her! She's upfront, honest, funny and doesn't push you. I recommend Oakes Kia, but more than anything I RECOMMEND STACEY. And did I mention she's entertaining?!!

The price was right after a few months of negotiations.

The price was right after a few months of negotiations. The communication process was terrible. I tried calling and never got an answer or a call back. Only way Oakes would respond is by text. If you can get a good price on a car then buy it. But, don’t expect anything after the sale closes.

This was the second car we purchased through Oaks Kia.

This was the second car we purchased through Oaks Kia. My parents have also purchased a vehicle from there. It was a wonderful experience no pressure. All questions was answered. We are very satisfied with what we drove away with. They took very good care of us there.

No return phone calls from Theo when he said he would

No return phone calls from Theo when he said he would check with the manager on pricing and get back with me. My wife had the same problems with her POC until Lyric needed a utility statement and then surprisingly the communication with my wife resumed. Theo saw me when we came to get our check and knew enough to turn around and walk away, embarrassed he hadn’t followed through. Great car.
