Great experience! Walked in just looking, felt I was early in my process, and walked out with a new K4. Lyric and the team made it so easy that I did not need to look any further. The K4 is everything they said it was: excellent packaging and great gas mileage. Highly recommend both the dealership and the vehicle

I helped a friend purchase a used vehicle from Oakes Kia. She doesn't do much online, but I wanted to make sure to put a SHOUT OUT to Stacey! She was upfront, fun, asked my friend many questions to make sure she had found the right car and most of all, wanted her to feel good about her purchase when she drove off! Apparently, they aren't paid on commission, but online reviews help their pay. To each his own, but why should anyone ask a customer to reward them for doing their job? Even if you don't know STACEY, ask for her! She's upfront, honest, funny and doesn't push you. I recommend Oakes Kia, but more than anything I RECOMMEND STACEY. And did I mention she's entertaining?!!

The price was right after a few months of negotiations.
The price was right after a few months of negotiations. The communication process was terrible. I tried calling and never got an answer or a call back. Only way Oakes would respond is by text. If you can get a good price on a car then buy it. But, don’t expect anything after the sale closes.
