Beware when negotiating price

We were so disappointed with our negation on a pre-owned Integra this week. We came to an agreed upon price with certification. We have the text confirmation to prove it. We took the morning off from work and right as we were signing the papers they added $1000 to the price. We spoke with Mike the manager and shared the text and he would not honor the price. We loved the location and were so excited to purchase our 3rd Acura. Beautiful dealership but sometimes looks can be deceiving. I see in multiple one star reviews where you mention that you will learn from your mistakes. Very clearly this isn’t the case.

2023 MDX purchase

I recently purchased 2023 MDX, overall my experience was okay. They had the car and i traded my old mdx bought 2023 mdx, but when i gave them 5 star out on Acura survey, the sales guy was pissed and stopped responding to my text. The reason i gave 5 star out of 10 because the finance team kept pressing me to buy additional warranty packages, and fact they sold my used 2010 mdx 2k more than my traded in. I recommend you check the car value and see how much they're selling it for, before you going in.

Irresponsible salesperson

I bought an Acura RDX (I spent more than $40000) from Sterling McCall Acura Sugar Land on 8/27/2022. The salesperson April agreed that they will reimburse my Uber expense back home after I return my rental car at HOU airport the next day. However, when I did text her on 9/2, 10/4, 10/21 and 10/28, she never replied to my first text, I always had to texted her more than once in order to get a reply. And she just said she was checking that I will receive a check in mail. On 11/1, she made me filled a form in order to be reimbursed, which I did. Now is 12/5, there was NO check mailed to me, after more than 3 months! Also, my 100,000 miles certification was not mailed to me either. I had to request a few times myself in order to get an standard documentation emailed to me. Overall, this dealer did not care about customer after they get the car sold. I am not satisfied at all.

Best Car Service Ever!

It was my first time ever at Sterling McCall Acura Sugarland and I won't forget the experience for a long time. Broderick Edwards was an all in one service agent. He is so great at his chosen profession. He gave me a warm welcome, gave me the advice I needed on the go and made me so comfortable. His customer service relation is a top notch. He helped me all the way till my vehicle was ready for the pick up! I will recommend him and his office over and over again!

Service success!

Service Agent ( Andy G ) met me at drive-in area. We discussed tasks at hand- he was very polite, encouraging. Andy kept me updated about car status. He also offered an honest opinion about rear tires-:) Andy is good!

Excellent Service

Took my car in for some work and was told it would take a couple days to complete. I mentioned that I was planning on going out of town the next day. They were so nice and accommodating by giving me a loaner car so that I didn't have to cancel my trip! When I got back a couple days later, Justin had my car finished (and in excellent condition), went over everything that he did to it and walked me to the cashier. It couldn't have been easier! I love their service department! I never feel like I'm being oversold...if Justin says it needs to be done or can wait, I totally trust him! I would buy another Acura just because of the service department!

Good experience with car Purchase

I love the Sterling McCall Sugar Land dealership. I live in Sugar land and it’s so much easier to get to this location. I had superior service from everyone I came into contact with.

I went in for test drive and noticed that tpms light was

I went in for test drive and noticed that tpms light was on and told my sales person and said would get it checked. Then did paperwork and when i went to pick up the car and got it home it was 2 quarts low on oil and carfax reports said was just serviced. I picked up the car and tpms light was still on and sales person said that batteries was bad on sensor and dealership will not change it but they put nitrogen in my tires which i had to pay for and now i have to get it done my self and waste that nitrogen.because even general manager doesn't care and see they didn't do anything wrong.

Hello Paul, I am terribly sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. I reviewed the file and the Car Fax shows no accidents. It also shows one open recall. This document is signed by you so it is hard to imagine how you are lied to. We can only report the information that we are given by Car Fax. A vehicle can have had areas painted before but unless it was serious enough to require serious repair, it won’t show up on the car fax. The recalls are no charge to the customer to repair so I hope this hasn’t inconvenienced you too much. It also appears to me that you purchased a warranty on the vehicle. That is a smart move on a pre-owned car. Won’t the warranty cover the TPMS sensors? I apologize I can’t dig into too much detail as I am out of town till the 11th. Can we discuss this further then? In meantime, I would research that warranty to cover the items that needed repair. Mike Powell General Manager 713-539-4691
