I purchased a 2019 Chevy Suburban from Carmel Auto Gallery, sold to me by Mike Tshimanga, who assured me the vehicle was in “great condition” with only 43,720 miles. I had it shipped from Indiana to New York, and after just 300 miles of driving, the engine completely failed—leaving me with a vehicle that was undrivable. After getting it inspected, I was told the entire engine had to be replaced. I had no choice but to cover the repair myself, which cost me over $8,000. This type of catastrophic failure should never happen on a vehicle with such low mileage—especially one that was supposedly in excellent condition. I sent the dealership a formal letter detailing the issue and asking for reimbursement or a reasonable resolution. Despite giving them ample time to respond, they completely ignored my request—no response, no follow-up, nothing. Carmel Auto Gallery sold me a vehicle that was clearly not in the condition they advertised and then refused to take any responsibility when a major issue arose immediately after the sale. I strongly caution anyone considering buying from this dealership. They do not stand behind their word or their vehicles, and once the deal is done, you’re on your own—no matter how serious the problem. Avoid this place.

Mustafa was easy to work with and we were able to make a deal that worked for the both of us. A lot faster transaction than going to a dealership.
