Easiest Dealer to work with ever.

Easiest car buying dealer experience ever. I can't really compare Tesla since their system is a bit different. So my comparison would be for the conventional car dealers i've been blessed doing business with. From German, Italian, British and American brands, i have got to say that Peru Ford is really easy to buy a car from and enjoyable at that. I live in the west and was looking around for a specific car nationwide and while they all did reply to my inquiries. Peru Ford took it to another level in my opinion. Kahla replied quickly and was very courteous and Steven was great to work with. The car they sold me was brand new and it just came, i got to see a video of it and pictures of it, got to speak to them quite a bit throughout the process and got to know them, which was really nice since i can't exactly see them physically due to the distance. They treated me like an old customer when it's actually my first time buying from them, so definitely a plus for me, none of that "pushing" thing and nor did they ever made me feel neglected, they literally reply quick. Finance department was quick, documents were sent overnight. It's funny to me how they are 2000 plus miles away from me and I literally spent way lesser time buying this car from them than all my dealer buying experience in LA, physically. Everything was just a breeze. They also took the time to update me with the car, showed me that she was very well taken care of while i arranged for her to be shipped and gave me some souvenirs as well. Put it this way, I have never met them physically but I actually loved the buying experience so much so from them, that i sent them both a Gift. That should explain how well they took care of me, a first time customer. I honestly will never buy another Ford elsewhere. Look for Kahla Ward and Steven Miller, they're just amazing people to work with. Thank you again guys, truly appreciate everything.

Nicest bunch of guys around,they were very helpfu.

I was in Peru and was stopped by an officer for a brake light that was out, I went to Peru Ford to talk to my grandson Steven Miller but it was his day off so the gentleman I talked to took me to the service department and talked to a gentleman named Jeremy and Jeremy jumped right on it and put in a new bulb for me, they are the friendliest and nicest guys around, they made sure I was back on the road in no time and made sure I was safe with my lights working again.

We went to Peru Ford and met with Don Fuller. He...

We went to Peru Ford and met with Don Fuller. He listened, to know what we were looking for, and with limited new Ford Explorers available, because of chips and the covid situation, he did all he could to find what we were looking for. They had an XLT Explorer, which was the model we decided on, coming to the Peru dealership in the color we wanted, and Don called us when the auto was close and when it arrived. Don worked to get us the best price and searched for all discounts available through Ford as well. Don did a very professional job of getting us this automobile and showing us all the options between each of the models. Don took control and had leather seats installed and the Explorer ready for us in just a couple days. (The seats look great, just as he said they would.) Very impressed with the knowledge Don has on the operation of all the options these cars have, and how he patiently explained how use them. I would recommend Don and the Peru Ford to anyone. Great experience with the sales and finance and our first visit for an oil change. Thanks to all....Sam and Christi
