Oil change and tire rotation

Loved the car wash. It was a nice surprise. I felt they did a good job. It was simple, a tire rotation and oil change.

Fox CDJR=Excellent Sales & Service=Jeep Gladiator

It all starts with a really great salesman at Fox CDJR.... Breylen Suttles-Barnwell was that, and more - He listened to what I was looking for and answered any and all questions that I had along the way. Good service

I was asked if it was ok to perform an update to the software on my Jeep. Was told it would take 30 min. They tried and the process failed because the system was down but I wasn't informed for over 1.5 hours of waiting. I was told I can schedule it later.

Great Experience

The people are friendly and the dealership is clean. My buying experience was painless and much better than anytime I've bought a used car. The service center is easy to get to and is clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Great Service experience

Service associates are very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable . Service was performed very timely (tires) and tech cleaned up afterwards. Notified by txt immediately and picked up my vehicle quickly. Price was very acceptable for service performed.

great expirince

ease of the making the appointment and upfront information on possible reasons fro my problem. Brett was on the spot with the daily updates and options. He was super professional and helpful throughout the repair process. he is definitely great asset in your organization.

Excellent service. Helpful staff

They explained how I could get warranty towing, took my car in the same day and made repairs by the next day. New radio was ordered and installed within 6 days. All of the staff were most friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better service!
