I’ve been looking for a BMW X5M for around 6 months and

I’ve been looking for a BMW X5M for around 6 months and never found one as clean as the one at Car Castle. Before I went in I thought I was going to have another bad experience like the ones I was having at the other places. These guys really made my dreams come true!! Thank you guys!

I worked in the car dealership business, We sold multiple

I worked in the car dealership business, We sold multiple vehicle that were in transit to our dealership, as soon as they arrived they will go to the inspection department for the customer to take delivery. THEY DON'T HAVE THESE VEHICLES, TYPICAL SHADY DEALERSHIP APPROACH. I TOLD THEM, HAVE CASH ON HAND I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASED THE RANGE ROVER VELAR SO WHEN IT ARRIVES I CAN GO PICK IT UP. THEIR RESPONSE, SORRY WE CAN'T DEALER POLICY. LOL!!! JUST A TRAP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME PEOPLE. NO TIENEN LOS AUTOS QUE DICEN ESTAR A 20% MENOS ES PURA TRAMPA PARA DESPUES MENTIRLES Y SALIR CON PRECIOS MAS ALTOS. O AUN PEOR CON MAS DINERO DE ENGANCHE, YO TRABAJE EN DEALERS RECONOCIDOS Y ESTARIA MEJOR QUE NO HAGAN NEGOCIOS AQUI. TIENEN MAS DE 70 REVIEW Y 1.9. MUY MAL.

After a long day of disappointing experiences at other

After a long day of disappointing experiences at other dealerships, I was ready to cancel my appointment at Carcatle. Thankfully, my wife encouraged me to follow through—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, the staff were nothing short of amazing. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and genuine approach completely turned my day around. It was clear they cared about making the experience positive and straightforward, not just making a sale. I highly recommend Carcatle to anyone in the market for a car. You won’t be disappointed.

Don’t shop here unless you’re expecting to be deceived

Don’t shop here unless you’re expecting to be deceived and taken advantage of. The sales rep was good but once finance started talking numbers the car was 41% more than advertised. They said it’s a normal practice to get people to contact them about their inventory. Just advertise what the car costs!! After a few back and forth emails and calls they said it’s normal to deduct 20% down payment online and not include reconditioning fees or other fees “incase” the car breaks down after purchase. If you know these costs just advertise them instead of being slimy and deceptive 41% increase from advertised! Ridiculous

I was invited to an interview with Jay.

I was invited to an interview with Jay. waited to be interviewed with one of the partner and I waited for an hour and a half. She never show up and I was told she was stuck in traffic. No professionalism at all. After I waited an hr and a half, I left this dealership. She could ve call me to state her excuse. Nobody can be stuck an hr and 1/2 in traffic. I'm glad I left this place and don't have to work under her. Its a pity someone has this power, but I dont respect her.

I'm glad I was able to read the past reviews because it is true, there are some dealerships, this one including in which the price showed is NOT the final price, the price you see in the ads are prices that you will only get with certain incentives which are really hard to get and if you do, then you still will end up paying way more when you include financing and warranties from them, very deceptive ways to do business

super shady dealershp. They advertise the price 20% lower than the actual price "because they factor in your 20% down payment" in the advertised price. We all know when we are car hunting we are looking at prices and factoring our own expected down payment. this is just SHADY and I worked in the auto industry for YEARS
