Good Service but they’ll charge an Arm and a Leg for it. Their Prices have increased immensely in just the last year so start learning how to do your own Maintenance Repairs through YouTube University if you want to save Money or give all your earnings to the Dealership if you want

Second time I've used Toyota to repair my Tundra and

I had a terrible experience with Klamath Falls Toyota. I was looking at a car they had for sale. Unfortunately the car was listed without a single photo online, so I had to rely completely on the dealership for information. It took three different people over several days just to get usable pictures, and that only happened after constant follow-ups and waiting for the salesperson to get time to take care of it. Each time I reached out, I got bounced around to someone new who was never there the next day. Evwn with all this, I was finally at the point where I was willing to put down the non refundable deposit, but was told the vehicle would not be availible immediately as it was in the service department for repairs. I asked multiple times: What repairs are being done? What’s wrong with the car? When will it be ready? I was told they had to check with the "service manager" who always seemed to be in some never-ending meeting. Communication was chaotic at best, and no one took real ownership of the situation so I still never found out what repairs were needed. Since I was an out of the area buyer, i wasn’t at the dealership in person, so I needed a little extra effort and professionalism to get inot the vehicle I wanted. Instead, I got slow responses, vague answers, and the tired excuse: “It’s available to anyone unless there’s a deposit.” Sure, but it’s pretty hard to feel confident placing a deposit when no one can even explain what’s wrong with the car or show me what it looks like. In the end, Klamath Falls Toyota sold the car to someone that came in after me. But lets be honest, at the end of the day, its clearly the only thing they really cared about. They even seem proud to tell me the other person that bought it couldn't even drive it because of the repairs needed. If you’re buying from out of town or (maybe even in town), be warned: don’t expect good communication, accountability, or even the basics like detailed vehicle information, clear photos, or especially, business integrity.
