Purchased a 2018 Mercedes-Benz S-560 here on May 5, 2026. The vehicle was delivered with multiple pre-existing defects, leaking valve cover, faulty rear camera, cracked rim, defective headlight just to name a few. The post-sale resolution has been entirely unacceptable. The Facts: • Day of Purchase (5/5/26): Noticed fresh oil dripping under the car. Sales staff (John Walker) stated it was merely spillage from a recent oil change and explicitly verified the car had zero leaks. The car was also delivered with less than a half-tank of gas. • May 10, 2026: Low tire pressure warning lights activated. • May 14, 2026: A professional tire shop confirmed the rear driver-side rim was cracked and leaking. They noted it had a previous, temporary weld job that failed. Video evidence was immediately sent to the dealership. • May 12, 2026: Dashboard alerts indicated the engine oil was low. After adding the requested quart, the digital gauge read zero oil by the end of the day. A certified mechanic confirmed an active valve cover leak. The repair invoice totaled $`2,090.90. • Passenger Headlight Defect: The passenger headlight housing has severe water intrusion and internal condensation, causing a major electrical short circuit. The malfunction overrides the manual dashboard switch settings, forcing the headlight to remain permanently turned on and draining the battery unless the fuse or main battery terminal is physically disconnected. • Resolution & Communication: Once physical proof of these defects was sent, communication from the dealership slowed down significantly. While a replacement rim was eventually provided (dealership would not ship, I had to drive two hours to pick up) weeks later, it was the entirely wrong size and for a different vehicle model, making it completely unusable. When contacted the dealership owner Steve to resolve the $2,090.90 leaking valve cover invoice, Steve refused to cover any repair costs. I was told that this vehicle was the cheapest car on their lot compared to their exotic inventory, and that I should be satisfied with the incorrect rim they provided. Conclusion: Be highly cautious!!! Customer service abruptly stops once financing clears. Expect to absorb thousands of dollars in immediate, unbacked repair costs for mechanical and electrical defects that should have been resolved prior to sale.

Not honest, really bad experience. Check the other reviews, many people had really negative experiences. Do not recommend at all.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I purchased a 1967 Shelby Cobra replica from Steve, sight unseen as I am in NY. The car was advertised with a $25,000 perfect paint job. After taking delivery there are several spots on the car where the paint is peeling off, bubbling and cracking. I was also told I was getting a quart of paint because I had planned on purchasing a hard top for the car. The second the car was delivered it was evident the pictures from the dealer website were edited or taken in ways so as to not see the terrible damage and paint. I immediately reached out to Steve. He did not contact me back, a gentleman named John did. After sending John photos of the damage I was told "I shouldn't expect the same paint job as someone who purchased a Porsche" and "the pictures show the only imperfections". He went to say how much more the previous owner paid for the car. While I understand a used car will have some imperfections (I was okay with a rub mark or two, maybe a scratch) the expectations were set by them that the paint was perfect. I asked both John and Steve to offer a way we could rectify the situation and contact was broken off by them. It seems as of now I will have to go the litigation route for some type of resolution. I feel taken advantage of. I trusted the words of Steve and the photos from their website to purchase my dream car.....and it turned out to be a nightmare. I had already talked to Steve about purchasing another car from them later in the year for my wife because up until delivery they had been great. Unfortunately it seemed to be the lipstick on a pig routine. I would be very careful about purchasing a car from them and trusting that the pictures are an accurate representation.

John at specialty car collection got me into my dream car with ease, got me approved for everything and made sure I would get into this car no matter what. Very responsive and helpful with any questions I had along the way. 10/10 would recommend buying a car from here!

Not very honest people, i would rather go to a decent dealership to purchase a car that doesn’t put any hidden fees on a contract.

Very knowledgeable about all the inventory, I was not placed on hold like the other place. I bought the exact Lamborghini that I wanted within 1 day.
