I would have given negative stars if it was possible. Purchased a vehicle with extended warranty, had an issue and took it in. Kelsie decided to call and say the vehicle needed 4 brand new tires and they would not even diagnose the vehicle or look at it until 4 tires were purchased. State inspection had been done less than a month prior, no issues with the tires. Stated we were on our way to pickup vehicle as we obviously wasted our money purchasing warranty. On the way to dealership to pick our car up we pass our vehicle going down the road. We turned around followed them and even ended up with the man I believe Josh, Justin or something, stopping our car exiting and discussing the concerns with our vehicle with us. At this time he stated that he could hear a noise and he wished they would've called him before we were upset and that he had been told to drive to diagnose just moments prior. He stated that if we would give him a chance to look at it he would return and put it on the machine to diagnose. He also stated that he would do an alignment after rotating tires because that would be the best way to determine the alignment. He also stated that 4 new tires was not needed and that eventually two on the front would need it. We agreed and thanked him for actually listening to us. Later we were told by him that the front differential was the problem and it was covered under the warranty. At the time we paid for an alignment and had a recall supposedly fixed. At this time I seriously doubt any statements from this dealership. We then had to take it and have aligned but went to a different location and told them we actually just had it done but it still seemed off. They aligned it and stated that there was no way it could've been out of alignment that severely within that short time frame. It was stated that massive pot holes would have had to been hit numerous times over to be that bad. When coming in to talk to Malloy of course all was denied. Even went as far as saying oh that could've been knocked out in chick-fil-a drive thru. The lack of customer service, and HONESTY is severely lacking. Falsely saying something was done and it clearly wasn't and the fact Malloy lied and didn't want to do it in the first place is proof Malloy is not an honest company. To add to this the alignment paper was never provided and when going back in to Malloy it was difficult to locate, but after an extended period of time one suddenly appeared, even though they failed to even provide one at the time of the so called service. I would not recommend dealing with them and NEVER purchase a warranty from them as they will try and find ways to keep you from using. Completely dissatisfied!!!!!!!!!!!

This place has been terrible from the very beginning.
This place has been terrible from the very beginning. I was looking for a new truck and noticed that they were one of the only dealerships that had the new 2500HD. They had the vehicle advertised on their website and I even called ahead to make sure what I was seeing was correct. The employee I spoke with on the phone advised me that it was on the lot and that I could check it out. When I get to the dealership, the truck I saw online was no where to be found and after speaking with a sales representative, I was informed that the vehicle I saw online had already been sold (20 minute timeframe). Against my best judgment I still ordered a new truck through them. When my truck k arrived at the lot, I was told multiple times that my truck hadn't arrived yet even though they had posted pictures of it online (I'm assuming to "bait" other poor souls). Fast forward 2 years and I traded that truck in on a new truck and have been fighting to get my warranty and gap insurance refund. I've driven in multiple times and every time I call, the finance team is never around and they never return your calls. Somehow Malloy has managed to turn a 6-8 week long process into a 6-8 month process (so far). If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I would find another dealership.

Family member bought a new car.
Family member bought a new car. When they tried to ask questions about the process they were told to be quiet. They are an older female. Then when they came in later well within their right to cancel a portion (clearly stated in their contract) they caught a ton of attitude. Poor attitudes and overall not well received in the area - just happen to be the only big lots around now.

Don't waste your time.
Dishonest. False advertising. We confirmed the price twice prior to making the 4 hour round trip for nothing. When they were confronted by THEIR mistake, we were treated poorly with at least five excuses for the ridiculous price hike/adjustment, and they couldn't get us out the door fast enough. One salesman who hounded us for the appointment snuck away and hid and the other one was rude and defensive. Save the stress and AVOID this dealer. Crushing disappointment. Not worth the donut!!!!

Lack diagnostic skills
On our way home to New York from Florida in April 2023, we were having a problem with the radio in our 2016 Silverado. It was changing stations on its own and when in aux mode, changing songs by itself on the USB stick and other odd behavior. Malloy's service department told me that I needed a new alternator. I didn't believe it but they assured me that was the problem. $1331 later I had a new alternator and within 20 miles of leaving my problem was still there. When I returned, they told me there was now a code indicating a bad radio. That was more believable but they couldn't get a new radio before I needed to get back to New York so I left. When I got home I went to my home dealer. They told me there was nothing wrong with my alternator or radio and never had been. The touch screen was malfunctioning, nothing more. I'm sure this service department can do oil changes and other basic maintenance but beyond that, avoid them at all costs.

Don't buy here or get work done at their body shop
We purchased a brand new equinox 2023 less than 500 miles the computer fouled up ,week in the shop. Then we put the car in the body shop to repair and repaint the driver door only to find out our brand new car with less than 10000 miles was wrecked before we purchased it. This explains the 4 trips back and forth in our first 30 days to reprogram the computer. We're trading off the Chevy for a front royal Ford at least the dealership is honest. Oh and it is malloys body shop that told us our new car had been wrecked before we purchased it.
