Dealership’s service unit provides concierge service that pickups the customer’s car and brings it back to the customer‘s home after maintenance service is completed. Concierge service is excellent. Also, maintenance service is fast, efficient, and professional. However, the service professionals often recommend additional services that do not seem necessary.
