I recently brought my vehicle in for its 150K service and unfortunately had an issue shortly afterward that required the vehicle to be brought back to the dealership. It was a very stressful situation, but I was ultimately very pleased with how it was handled. I especially want to recognize Ozzie, the Service Manager, who I happened to speak with when I picked up my vehicle today. He was extremely kind, apologetic, and reassuring. He took the time to explain what had been found and showed me videos of the inspection. The vehicle was thoroughly inspected, the issue was addressed, and the necessary work was taken care of at no charge. I really appreciated Ozzie's calm and reassuring approach during what was a genuinely stressful situation. Thank you to Ozzie and the service team for taking my concerns seriously and making sure the matter was properly addressed.

Very poor service. Was told time and it took longer. Rude service advisor. Promised a loaner beforehand, upon arrival was told no loaner for a recall. This not standard practice at other dealers.
