Very appreciative that the Service Department could get me an appointment on short notice. My service advisor, Omar, was excellent and greeted me with a warm welcome. He patiently listened to my concerns before offering a solution which was able to resolve my issues. While waiting for my vehicle service to complete, I saw Omar briefly tidying up the common area while en route to helping his colleagues. To me, that shows his attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond. Many thanks to Omar and his team for getting me in and out!

They made sure to call me for approval of work before they took action, completed repairs promptly, and even worked with me by finding coupons that were available to help reduce the bill.
