They were courtious, ,they explained what was to be done,what was to be expected and the length of time it would take to complete. Cat let me know that both th maintenance and the recall fix could be completed while I waited.

Noticed change in services over the years. There is a disconnect between the service agents and the mechanics where the communication about rec services isn’t clear/detailed. Last visit my timer pressure wasn’t fixed, fluids were topped which usually happens with an oil change service/tire rotation. Unfortunately, the expectation of service given ownership of a luxury vehicle doesn’t match the experience.

Came to Lexus of Rockville after a frustrating experience at another dealer. Justin and Ki greeted me right away, and scheduling was easy. I chose to wait during service, but when the work was done, the part looked exactly the same as before and the paperwork was a bit mixed up, leaving me unsure which side had actually been replaced. The advisor told me it was the best they could do, so I contacted Lexus customer service. They asked Rockville to take another look. On the second visit, the team was much more responsive. Ki kept in touch with me by email throughout the process, and Justin helped bring my car in and set me up with a loaner. After a week, the car was fixed correctly. I’m happy with the final result and hope they maintain this level of dedicated service for future visits.

Just had my first service appointment with Ourisman Lexus of Rockville yesterday for my RX350 on 7.8.26 and I am very impressed. Aaron was my service advisor and he was awesome! My wife needed to get her oil changed on her ES350 the next day and I suggested that she see Aaron because he took care of me the day before. Thank you.
