Dan made my experience shopping and test driving so incredibly easy. He was not only professional but personable. He explained everything thoroughly and was very respectful. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and will send everyone I know to him for their next vehicle!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! I honestly don’t understand why this dealership doesn’t have more five-star reviews. The entire experience was incredibly easy from start to finish. The car was priced well below market value—I bought it for about $3,500 under Blue Book value with a clean title. It had been fully refurbished and repaired, and because of the great price, I was even able to purchase a three-year warranty for extra peace of mind. People who claim every car from here has mechanical problems don’t know what they’re talking about. It’s important to be realistic: if you’re buying a $10,000 used car, there’s always a chance you’ll have to fix something eventually. That’s just part of buying a used vehicle. But my car has been fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. Dan was amazing. He was friendly, honest, laid-back, and never made me feel pressured. He also got me financed at about half the interest rate I was quoted elsewhere. This is a small, family-run dealership that truly cares about its customers, and it shows. I’ve bought everything from a $900 first car to an exotic supercar, and I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I live 250 miles away in Austin, and I’d gladly make the trip again. I’ve already recommended Dan and this dealership to friends and family, and I’ll continue doing business with them in the future.

The dealer took a long time to reply and answered none of my questions. The only response was "Hello, this vehicle is still available. When would you like to see it? No name provided from Sales Rep.

Went in and bought a toyota prius from Bo, very friendly guy. I asked out of the blue what happens if a mechanic issue comes up shortly after purchase? He told me “The car is sold as-is, but we’re human so we’ll help anyway we can.” 32 days after paying cash for the vehicle, VSC, BRAKE LIGHT, EXCLAMATION lights come on! Gave them a call and one guy picks up and says " mehn I don't know what to tell you, we just sell the cars" Then I ask if their mechanic could help, he goes again " He is very busy, unless you schedule an appointment with him, I can give you his number". I call again a few days asking for Bo, another guy picks up and says "Bo is not here, he's gone to auction" . I then say can I give you my number so he can call me? He then says " I see your number on my screen I will let him call you" no CALL till today!!!!! Bought the car for $4700 (taxes and fees inclusive), but had to sell it for $2800 just a month after buying from these guys.

I avoided writing a review because I had high hopes for the car we purchased here. Everybody was friendly and purchasing the car was easy, but it’s what came after.. My girlfriend and I purchased a Maxima here the last week of July. We spent all our savings to pay cash for this vehicle they claimed was reliable and had no issues. I heard a whine from the power steering and I mentioned it to the salesman. They assured me if there was any issue they had a mechanic who could help fix the car. “The car is sold as-is, but we’re human so we’ll help anyway we can.” Very very long story short; check engine light came on after driving 100 miles, and the steering was leaking so much we had to refill the reservoir every morning. We brought the car in for repairs twice and none of the issues were solved. So I took the car to a friend who is a Nissan/Infinity Specialist. We finally have the power steering fixed and part of the check engine light issues fixed. $1200 on repairs later, and the car needs at least another $2-3000 worth of electrical repairs. We’ve owned the car for almost 5 months and haven’t even been able to drive it for a full week.

Bo was super informative on our car purchase! There was a issue with the air conditioner fan and he made sure to get that taken care of before we left the lot! He went over all the paperwork and handled our tags, inspection and all the other small hassles when buying a car! The price was excellent for the car and it was clean and well maintained. He offered a free CARFAX as well! I highly recommend Shock Motors to anyone on the market!
