Jerry Kraft was great. We drove from Montana to make this car purchase. I'd been looking and doing the research and they had the car I wanted and a great price. Jerry had everything ready for me. He explained all of the features and differences of the various Prius models. This is the best car buying experience I've ever had. Quick, painless, and no haggle. Jerry helped me in setting up all the safety features and getting my phone hooked into the system. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with all of the hi-tech features. He really took every measure to get us back on the road quickly for our return trip to Montana. Super happy and Great Dealership.

I appreciated working with Chad and then with Zach. There was no pressure to buy and upon returning for a second look and then buying the car I got good information that made me feel like I was making the right decision for myself. Zach was very good at getting me oriented to the features of the car and on top of that was personable and brought good energy to the interaction. Oh and Braun was helpful too with a very delightful demeanor.

We had heard from a friend who bought in the big city, but took his truck to Wills for service that he wish he had used WiIls from the beginning....Well that was enough for us to go check them out when we were ready for our new truck. The service was incredible from the moment we arrived, Chad showed us to exactly the models we were looking at, let us take our time and was able to get the one we had our hearts set on within a couple days. He assessed my interest and offered to introduce me to a knowledgeable sales associate who could help me find a car that checked all the boxes. Jerry gently probed my priorities and found several options for me. After a pleasant test drive, and Jerry patiently tolerating my trip to another dealership for comparison, I returned to Wills to finalize the purchase. The next day I took delivery of my new Prius and Scott handled the paper work. He offered me additional options, but understood my situation and applied no excessive pressure. All the staff we dealt with were knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. When they delivered the car, it was spotless inside and out. Only one very minor issue. With less than 100 miles, the tires could have used some tire dressing to make them look new. My wife and I both thought it was the best car buying experience we have ever had.
