Erin, George and Eric were very helpful and this led to a smooth transition. Erin helped me clean out my trade in and even put my license plates on! Spent a lot of time with me. This has nothing to do with the good service. I was not happy about having to pay for key fob protection or the scratch and dent. Especially with the key fob I bet your company definitely comes out ahead on this. I like to choose my own services and not be forced to take a service.
