I visited Global Auto Outlet on Friday, December 12, 2025, after speaking with a sales rep, Ms. Shay, about a car I found on CarGurus. I specifically asked if there were any hidden fees on the vehicle and told her I was coming from 2.5 hours away, so I didn’t want any surprises. She assured me the car was available, in my price range, and even said there were other similar options on the lot. When I arrived, I was told that the car had already been sold — even though it was still listed online and had supposedly been available earlier that same day. The fact that no one mentioned this on the phone, especially after I asked direct questions, made the experience feel like a classic bait-and-switch tactic to get me on the lot. I left immediately without entertaining any of the other cars they tried to show me. Later that night, I got an alert from the CarGurus app saying the same car's price had dropped, meaning it was still being advertised — even after I spoke to both Shay and the manager in person. This dealership wasted my time, gas, and trust. If you’re considering visiting Global Auto Outlet, proceed with caution. Ask for proof in writing before you make the trip, because in my experience, the online listings and verbal assurances didn’t reflect reality.

I drove from pretty far to come here and it was worth it. Everyone was easy to deal with and the whole experience was smooth.
