Great experience, everyone was extremely nice, professional and very knowledgeable. Sheldon, Cam, Doug and Sandy. I appreciate your assistance, you all made this a pleasant experience. I would recommend to everyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle to stop by Eagle. They are very helpful and will take care of you. In the past at other dealerships I haven’t always felt appreciated. These folks here will definitely go above and beyond making sure you are well taken care of. Thank you from a very happy customer.

They did not respond to my request for information on the Mercedes. I probably would have driven the 45 minutes and bought it. I already have one like it but needed a 2nd car. Their loss.

I had an excellent experience! The service was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Everything was handled with care, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this service to others and will be returning myself! Service department did an excellent job on repairs to my 2016 Silverado in less than the estimated time. I was kept up to date on the process during the wait time. The service department has always done a fine job any time I’ve had my truck there, from the manager to the folks who set up the appointment to the folks who do the service on the truck.

The worst dealer ever two weeks to get the Invoice with refrance number to create the casher check and still we didn’t get it and they didn’t answer the phone all the time..the call center is helpful but the other are very very bad
