WARNING!

WARNING! WARNING! I’d highly suggest checking the Better Business Bureau of Georgia before proceeding forward with this dealership and ANY promises made by the salesperson and Finance Manager are documented and signed by both parties. I purchased my BMW on 4/28/2025 and had a trade-in. Sam, my salesperson, was a delight to work with and the one star for my review is solely because of him. After Sam, this is where things unravel. First, communication between their Finance Manager, Title Department and Accounting Manager are extremely poor. I have numerous texts over the past three weeks seeking statuses on trade-in payoff, title registration and state application for titling my car. I’ve sent three emails to their Finance Manager to sign a vehicle registration form (that I had to fill in…not him) since May 11th and nothing. Their Finance Manager is Ricardo. Also, if you have a trade-in, it’ll take Gravity at least 30 days to pay it off, thus expect to make another loan payment even when you don’t have the vehicle in your possession. I’m still waiting on the reimbursement check for my loan payment…no response or status. They were sitting on my title for the BMW for two weeks waiting on my insurance but never called me for it. I had to reach out to THEM to find out the title wasn’t being processed. Now, I’m out nearly $700 for the loan payment, no title, no signed MO registration form and I have to title my BMW within 30 days of purchase or I pay penalties. And lastly, my temp tag will be expiring in the next two weeks. So, just know that I’ve never, EVER dealt with a dealership this unorganized, takes this long to address key documents and payouts that impact the buyer, and the severe lack of communication. By far, worst car-buying experience I've ever dealt with.

Absolutely awful experience.

Absolutely awful experience. These people tricked me into buying a vehicle and then when I wanted to register the vehicle they withheld the title, just to mess with me. I guess they thought it was funny. It's weird to be a professional dealership and play mind games like that.

Scott did me right by getting everything that I requested

Scott did me right by getting everything that I requested and needed repaired before I left the lot with my car. All of the reviews I read was negative reviews, but they did me right. Scott was great on keeping me informed of what was going on with my car. Thank you

I purchased a vehicle from them on January 8, 2025.

I purchased a vehicle from them on January 8, 2025. They delivered the vehicle to me in Louisiana, on January 16,2025 with a Georgia Temporary tag that expired February 22, 2025. And as of today, March 18, 2025, they have not perfected the lien, nor given me a way to register the vehicle in my state so I can get a license plate. The title clerk told me they never received a title on the.vehicle for them to be able to register the vehicle to me. And they won't return my calls

It's hard to reach the title department.

It's hard to reach the title department. They won't help you in your title issue after you fully pay. They sent a title that is not updated accurately. Despite efforts to resolve this matter, I have encountered significant difficulty in reaching title department for assistance. It is troubling that the responsibility for addressing this discrepancy—caused by inefficiencies on your end—has now been transferred to me as the client. This situation not only undermines the trust in your services but also places an undue burden on my time and resources.

Steer clear from this dealership at all costs.

Steer clear from this dealership at all costs. The Mgr. TONY and his entire sales team are the definition of scam artists, to include as well office personnel and F&I. It's quite obvious the vehicles aren't maintenance properly prior to putting on their lot and they'll tell you they are. Black-burnt oil isn't fresh oil, oil filter that's not even the right appearance since the company changed the color and emblem design of their products at the beginning of this year, and the list goes on. They simply buy low and try to flip for a quick profit with no labor induced costs. These folks have absolutely no shame. Consider yourself WARNED about this dealership.

I purchased an escalade for my wife 4 months ago from

I purchased an escalade for my wife 4 months ago from this dealership in cash. As of today, I still do not have the cars title. The entire process has been extremely frustrating. From 3 delivery cancelations (which each time I had to follow up on) of the car, the delivery driver coming to my home at 2am on a Friday, two temporary tags expiring, sending the prior title to the previous owner (and initially lied to about that), being told my prior tag had been transferred to the new car and was able to finally replace the temp tag (a lie), to find out 2 months after that it was never transferred when I received a new license plate with a $750 bill (my wife was driving our kids with a non registered plate). After all that, we take "our" car to get a few recalls complete and they go through an extension list of maintance items that were never preformed at the 30k mark, which we were told had fully been done. We have requested the report of those, but Gravity auto says they cannot provide any documents for maintance done by them. This will be an additional $1500 in needed service that we were told was done! I have never once received a follow up call on any of the issues/concerns over the 4 month fiasco, despite being told countless times that I would. Most recently I have spoke with Tony (manager) who has stated this would be addressed immediately. I would be hearing directly from the GM (Danny) that day, which was 4 days ago. I have never left a negative review about a company, but this is the place this dealership has put me. I even called back yesterday to tell them a negative review would be coming if I didn't hear from a manager, which they promised I most certainly would, but as prior promises never came true.
