CarMax provided a great customer service with the purchase of my SUV and service on SUV It would be most useful to have a tech team that can answer questions about vehicles or refer them to place in manual. It would save service cost.

Staff was amazing! They answered all questions with great detail and truly cared about my happiness during the buying process.

Sales was wonderful. However, I did not fully check the vehicle over before we left, it had bad tires. I found the tire problem after I got home 3 hours later. Carmax sent me to a tire shop to receive new tires. Overall experience was good, but questioning the thorough 125 point inspection.

The experience was somewhat cumbersome. There was damage that the car encountered doing shipping. I am still waiting for this to be corrected. Upon checking out, I was issued the wrong key to me car. The picture indicated two key fobs and was only given one. Only to find out once returning to the customer service desk that I had been issued the wrong key. Also, my observation was proven correct that I was supposed to receive two key fobs. Lastly, I felt that the car was not properly detailed and clean to the expectation of purchasing a vehicle.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Biorky Gonzalez was our sales representative and he was more than accommodating. He answered all questions and even some we didn't think to ask.
