Bought a car here , was promised several repairs would be done ,over several months and several trips back to thier store for repairs only 1 has been done , also horn didn’t work , air conditioner doesn’t work , rear end issues , exhaust leak , front radar not working . Have met with them about returning the car , they have agreed to buy it back for almost half of what I paid for it , I asked for the final total amount and now they won’t answer me back . I’m scared to drive the car and it has been parked costing me $ 700 a month, on a side note the salesmen staff are great .

I just want to sincerely thank 9999 Auto Center for helping my family and me get into a bigger SUV. Although we got off to a bit of a rocky start because of communication issues with the previous sales manager, everything turned around under the new management. I can’t remember the manager’s name, but he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure every issue was handled with care. I truly appreciate the way they worked to make things right, and I’m grateful for the positive experience in the end.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I would give zero stars if possible. This dealership sold us a truck with a broken transmission while giving us the impression that the truck was in a perfectly drivable condition. Within 8 days of driving the truck the transmission was completely shot and now needs a replacement. The dealership has refused to hold up their end of our predetermined agreement to address any ongoing issues. They even charged us $600 for a "fix" that lasted for 2 days before breaking. They also claimed that the transmission breaking was our fault, even though a 3rd party mechanic insisted that the transmission had been damaged for way longer than the 8 days we drove the truck. They have demonstrated terrible customer service and would not return any phone calls even after calling 3 times in one day with repeated promises of a call back that never happened. All around, this has been an awful experience and I would not recommend buying from this business under any circumstance.
