Volvo Cars Westport

The purpose of this service was a standard while-u-wait oil change. In addition, the service person(s) were proactive. While doing the oil change, he noticed that the tires would benefit from a standard, seasonal tire rotation. All was done -- oil change plus tire rotation within the expected while-u-wait timeframe plus there was no incremental charge for the tire rotation. More important to me, the tire rotation wasn't on my radar and winter weather is coming to CT. I truly appreciated the very professional approach to all of it. Very pleasant experience too. I will have future service done at this dealership.

I own two Volvo's both of these were bought at the Volvo of Westport location. I have had these two cars serviced by Kyle Watts (my service contact) and to this date have always received the best of care. This is from the loner car side of the picture to being made aware of issues that they encounter during my visits. By this, I have avoided high service/repair costs by being alerted before the issues occur. I highly recommend this team and automobile agency .As to Kyle, he is one of the best service contacts I have encountered in many years of automobile ownership. His knowledge,expertise and the manner in which he handles the customer is, top notch.

excellent service, timely and always a call with a time estimate. When my car got stuck in the dead of winter on a holiday, Kyle basically stopped what he was doing and came down and got me and called when my car got to the dealership. It was freezing out so I was really thankful. The prices are in line for a volvo but the service is the added benefit... and the a loaner car is always worked around the service or a ride home. This is my 3rd and 4th car from this dealership as we have bought all the cars here and it is really the service that keeps me from going to another type of car or dealership

Jorge is extremely knowledgeable about my volvo S80 and is able to communicate well about parts and service for the car. He is very credible and is pleasant to deal with. This is my fourth volvo, and it is evident that Jorge has an excellent understanding of volvo cars, their parts, their performance, and knows how to treat customers and put their mind at ease. I appreciate his timely service, and he has been able to work me into a busy schedule as the need arises. Jorge brings a very positive attitude, and well trained skills to the Volvo Service Department.

Volvo of Westport has an excellent Service Department. I called with a engine question and was told by Kyle to bring the car in so they could take a look. I dropped off the car and received a ride home from Luis who was very polite and professional. After the car was checked out and everything was found to be fine, I was picked up at home by Luis and brought back to the dealership to get my car. I was very pleased that everything was fine and covered by warranty, but even more impressed by the attention to detail provided, even with an unscheduled service call.

Nicole is excellent, courteous, delivers on her commitments and knowledgable. I trust her as a service professional. We have had a long relationship...10 years as well.

Ken Chan was my salesperson and was a pleasure to work with. After accessing three vehicles over 4 months I found the right one for me. Ken was always patient, responsive, highly organized and timely. He was never pushy. He knows Volvo's cold and really loves the product. I recommend Ken without reservation. I hate spending money but I actually enjoyed buying this car!

The entire service department is most professional, curtious, and will go the extra mile to be accomodating. They deliver what they promise. Kyle, Jorge, and Nicole are a pleasant to deal with. I fully intend to go back to them for future service.

I have been going to Volvo of Westport for almost 10 years. Bought 2 cars there. Most of the time Kyle Watts has been my service Rep. He is extemely helpful, makes suggestions and is always cheerful.
