I've always had a fantastic experience here at 495 Mazda. From getting the car serviced to one-off repairs/upgrades... the team have been knowledgable, courteous and importantly, very reasonable! They are straight up with when something does vs. doesn't need attention, and I've found their prices to be comparable to most other places. Natasha Estabrook has been a lifeline for us and we really appreciate her support! All in all, a positive experience!

Thank you for bringing your Mazda MX-5 Miata in for the recall service. Emily is pleased our team provided friendly and attentive support throughout your visit.
Great people in sales but don’t go there on a Sunday ( or any other day when the “ finance” people aren’t there, I had to sit on my heals for 1 1/2 hours before I could get into the “ finance” office for a simple “ cash” transaction. The car I wanted to buy had everything I wanted in terms of options, otherwise I would have walked out and said “ Forget It !” Even the manager (?) in charge was powerless to speed up this incredibly slow “ finance person” BAD business ! I even tried to secure the car by giving the manager (?) my $1000 deposit check plus a $1 and a handshake to seal the deal but he refused! STUPID ! I finally (another 1/2 hour after the above) got in to see the “ finance guy” and it took only 10 minutes. BUT three days later when the salesman delivered the car I found out the “ finance guy” had INCORRECTLY filled out the paperwork on my bill of sale! Ha! So, like I say, DON’T GO ON A SUNDAY !

I called about 2 CPO cars to see if they were available. Kristen said they were and would be happy to show them to me and test drive. When I arrived, I was met at the door by kristen and addressed by name. the cars were ready for me to view and test drive. the courtesy and professionalism was A+. Sadly, I did not find this kind of service at other dealerships (namely Liberty Mazda in Wakefield!) The price was fair and the service was excellent! I bought the car and love it. Highly recommend!
