We drove an hour to test drive a car. As we arrived in time the sales person was driving the car off the lot with a line-cutting couple. They negotiated the car because they agent let them cut the line. I wasted two hours in the car and all he could say is “my bad”. Lack of integrity. Lack or personal commitment. Will NEVER do business here. Angel Ortega was the sales person. Complete waste of my time and he didn’t give a crap.

Took my vehicle for annual inspection and have a above average Temperature indication gauge and wanted mechanic to take a quick look while there. They could not accommodate and told me i needed to make another appt even though they knew I live an hour away.
