After finding issues with the car I’d just purchased, I
After finding issues with the car I’d just purchased, I was just a little upset. I received excellent service from Mercedes of San Juan, especially from Sebastian, my customer service representative. He assured me that the issues with the car would be addressed. He kept me appraised of the situation and after a few hours told me they couldn’t address everything that day and got me a very nice loaner to get me home. The next day he had the car fixed and ready. Sebastian is going to be a real asset to this dealership.
