Once again Mike and the Shottenkirk Toyota team did right
Once again Mike and the Shottenkirk Toyota team did right by me by making sure to work with me and my financial as well as automotive needs. Booked a regular oil change but he had my car inspected and was able to notify me about multiple additional services needed that I would have never thought of! Made sure I had his number as it was too late in the day to do everything right away so we could schedule these additional services. Mike Pfender is always patient and very willing to work with you and has his clients best interests and concerns in mind when offering aid.
