I would like to take a minute to rate my experience with Vaden Cadillac, Brunswick a 5 star rating. A special thank you to Jeffrey and Ms. Angie for providing excellent customer service. Jeffrey, thank you for your patience and knowledge in answering my questions regarding my purchase of the 2023 CT5 Cadillac. The car is beautiful and just what I was looking for. I would highly recommend doing your car shopping at Vaden, Brunswick.

Will definitely never buy anything from this dealership. My wife and I drove from Jacksonville, FL with the intention of buying a vehicle that was listed on their website for a certain price. When we got to the dealership looked over the vehicle the sticker stated the same price as the website. When we got the purchase agreement they marked up the vehicle by 33% over sticker. I believe this was deception and clearly not transparent. Potential buyers need to run!!!!

We recently bought a vehicle from this dealership. What a great experience!!! We had an appointment with Jacob. He was so Professional and handled everything so smoothly. Steer clear of Vaden Cadillac if you value honesty and transparency, as that is in no way the “Vaden way”. We have been trying for 2 days to buy a new Cadillac for the price and terms clearly advertised on their website, and have encountered nothing but misrepresentation, lies, excuses, and refusal to meet the price and terms promised online. They’ve even used the line: “the fine print states pricing can change daily” as an excuse, yet the advertising continues to promise the same misleading price that apparently cannot really be obtained, even though all discounts displayed are clearly noted as applying to everyone. Eventually, the sales manager stopped responding when called out on their misrepresentation. Shameful way of doing business for a company that claims to honor integrity, transparency, and family values.

You brace yourself going into a car dealership You Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people like “ Keyone Walker” who don’t try to “push” anything on you. He was Very helpful, attentive with a Sense of Humor. That was my experience @ Dan Vaden Cadillac in Brunswick Ga.

The customer experience is horrible. I was hoping everything would work out but it has been two months and I am still getting the run around.
