lines on back up camera not working, after several visits the issue still has not been resolved. I get the impression no one has any idea how to correct the problem. Todd in service has been excellent as a go between but that's not getting the issue fixed.

My service includes tires rotations, but there was no tires rotations and no car wash. Very disappointing. This is not the first time.

I went in, knowing what I needed/wanted and what my budget was. I worked with J.R. who did everything he could to make my experience fast and hassel free. I am a rational person who can understand what a dealership can and can not do. They can't unload a vehicle without making something on it. I also knew that the price they had it at was a great price, but in line with physical condition. They were able to get me a better interest rate than anywhere online said I could possibly hope for with my credit rating. It got me to my top most ability for car payment, but was what I wanted for what I could afford. J.R. worker hard in a short amount of time. It could not have been easier or more hassel free.

The car was brought in Monday morning. No communication Mon or Tues. I called Wed morning & was told they had not yet diagnosed the problem. I finally received a call late Wed to say it was the battery & had to stay another day. When I finally picked up the car Thurs, they hadn't washed it. The car has always & only been serviced at Piemonte & they previously were quick, communicative & washed the car. I quite disappointed.

I always have a great experience when I have my Buick Enclave serviced by Al Piemonte Buick. I always ask for Todd and he delivers without any problems. When I call he recognizes my name and the work that has been done on my vehicle in the past. I don’t have to go to a dealership to service my car. I want to and Todd is the reason. My vehicle is older and I keep up on the maintenance and I keep it nice. I don’t have to worry about some shop trying to upsell me on something I don’t need. He explains everything and delivers it on time. Let’s not forget about the Union technicians. They are also a reason I continue to come back. Skilled labor isn’t cheap and cheap labor isn’t skilled. I don’t have to worry about coming back because the problem wasn’t fixed the first time. They are trained professionals on the make and model of my vehicle. Great team work!
