I have to say this is the cleanest garage I have ever seen! I think you could eat off the floors if you?re so desired. Everyone is so nice and polite and courteous. It was a pleasure to bring my car in and have the oil changed!

Audi of Melbourne continues to exceed all of my
Audi of Melbourne continues to exceed all of my expectations when it comes to excellent customer service. When my Audi E-tron displayed a caution message I called the service department where Sandra took my call and arranged to have my suv seen the very next day. Because it was during the holidays, she provided me with a “loaner” vehicle to use while my Audi was in the shop. But, instead of providing me a “clunker” like so many other service dealerships, I received a new 2025 Q5 suv! Throughout the repair cycle Sandra kept me up to date. In addition, the mechanic working on my Audi sent me a video showing his diagnostic results and corrective action needed to resolve the problem. The mechanic didn’t just turn wrenches but performed final checkout diagnostics, and test drove my suv to verify that the repairs were successful. All of this took time but this dealership never rushed the job. Its focus remained on quality customer service first. From this customer’s point of view, it doesn’t get any better than that!!!

No transparency in negotiations.
No transparency in negotiations. It was not a win win situation for them, not me. I saw a $6k discount for another customer that my salesperson Rahit was working. I asked him why didnt I get the same consideration and discount, I was told because of my paid off trade in car, that I couldn?t get that the same discount, Rachael the finance manager said that?s not correct information, the lies and deceitfulness from salespeople behavior is the reason why I can not enjoy my new car. I should had walked out of that dealership but the contract was already signed.
