I was looking for a used vehicle 2 to 3 years old with
I was looking for a used vehicle 2 to 3 years old with minimal mileage. While the dealership looked beautiful I found the sales receptionist and sales staff seemingly too preoccupied with other things, even though I was the only person in the showroom, to greet me or offer assistance until I had to walk over and ask for help. The sales person who then came to speak with me was dismissive and even went as far as to take a call in the middle of our speaking and make me wait for his phone conversation to end before saying he would take my name and number and contact me if anything became available. And quickly wanted to get me gone. Love the Audi cars but I would never buy from this dealership after my experience.

We were assisted by Sylvinsky and his colleague who sits beside him (my apologies for not getting his name). The gentlemen were very helpful in advising us on the 95K checkup that we were receiving. It was also brought to our attention that our rear brakes were due to be replaced. It was a big service day for our car, but having the beautiful lounge to relax in with coffee and a snack was really a treat. The showroom is always meticulously maintained and fully equipped to make for a comfortable stay. Outstanding experience overall!

I have to say this is the cleanest garage I have ever seen! I think you could eat off the floors if you?re so desired. Everyone is so nice and polite and courteous. It was a pleasure to bring my car in and have the oil changed!
