This dealership was very helpful when I brought my car in for a recall. The employees were very kind.

Professional, responsive, and reasonable during every interaction, beginning with my mechanic’s preliminary call, to my intake upon arrival, staff were polite and attentive. I have to drive 2 hours each way for service and the whole department pitched in to assess, diagnose, and perform all parts procurement and replacement. They helped to get to the bottom of a mechanical mystery to reunite me with my trusty car again. I am over the moon and could not love my car more than I did when I first bought it. Kudos to Zack and Jonathan and to the rest of the techs and mechanics who toiled tirelessly to take care of all of my needs same day. And a final nod to the resident concierge angel for keeping the coffee/snack bar stocked with tasty beverages and savory goodies and providing a peaceful place to relax while everyone was working their magic. It was truly a pleasant day spent in pleasurable company.

Lawrence Chavez aka LoLo. Great sales person. Great service. Highly recommend to buy & allow him to help you. Long story short, visited in June & he listened & didnt push us to buy. We went back on Sept 20th and he helped my best friend buy his first mini cooper. LoLo went above & beyond! He took the time to show us all the bells and whistles & even said to text or call him with any questions. Lawrence is fabulous!
