Customer service is top notch!

Customer service is top notch!! I have been taking my Mini Cooper here for 10 years and they always take very good of it. The service technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable and communicative

Service advisor was not available at appointment time.

Service advisor was not available at appointment time. Advisor who checked me in did not provide the estimated cost for an oil change and cabin filter. I received a text after diagnostics. A front left tire was recommended.. I declined the tire and the text included a price for the oil change a filter. The invoice I was presented when the service was completed was over $100 more than the text I received after diagnostics. Service advisor said the charges should have been outlined to me when I checked in. Didn’t happen that way.
