If you’re looking for a luxury car dealer with a professional team look no further because HBI Auto is one of the best in the business. I purchased my 2017 Porsche remotely and for those that have been through or planning to, it can be a little stressful especially dropping six figures on a car. Niko quickly put me at ease with a live video walk down of the car and explained the details of the process. HBI specializes in this type of purchase. I opted for the Platinum package that included a 3 stage paint correction, PPF on the front clip and mirrors and ceramic coating on the interior and exterior and also opted for the ceramic tint on side and back window. Wow! Their attention to detail! I firmly believe it is better than new! Just a mirror all the way around. They also specialize in CPO’s and go beyond Porsche’s 112 point inspection (124 point inspection) so that helps with the confidence of knowing you are buying a mechanically sound car. The car I purchased was a CPO with a 2 +1 year bumper to bumper warranty. HBI Auto makes the purchase process painless with their Admin Team (Penny, you are awesome!) walking you through the entire process and are very prompt answering any questions you may have. As an enthusiast that has owned many exotic cars, including Porsche’s, I highly recommend HBI Auto!

I purchased my Cayenne GTS Valentines Day 2026. I was very apprehensive as I have only purchased luxury goods from large dealerships. Since the purchase, I have called with concerns ( questions) about the car. I am ALWAYS spoken to respect . They never get tired or frustrated by my many questions. Their customer service is unmatched. My car was wrapped by HBI and at least once a day someone asks me about the wrap as it is BEAUTIFUL . Heck, the people at my local Porsche dealership love the wrap!!! My car had a tire concern brought to my attention by my local Porsche dealer and I relayed the concern to HBI. The tires were completely safe for driving but not up to Porsche standards. Within 24 hours, a solution was reported to me. HBI provided 4 new tires. They came to my home, picked the car up and returned the car. This organization takes pride in their product/work and stands by their promise. It is with out hesitation I would refer HBI to family and friends. I am neither the ambassador nor an influencer for HBI just a satisfied customer. In this day and age it is difficult to find this level of commitment and I want others to consider their product as you will not be disappointed.

This was first time to buy a Porsche 911 Carerra 4S cabriolet, first time to buy a used car, and first time to use a dealer with whom I had no history. Stepping out on a limb; I had a lot of questions! HBi made buying a car simple and followed through on issues that arose. Very personalized service. John called and texted me several times before the visit, he paid close attention to all of my comments and answered all the questions, truly went above and beyond. I was not very sure I will buy a car that day, but HBI staff made it very easy for me to make a decision. I forgot something in my trade-in car and they overnight it, even though I told them it was not urgent. They also have a great after sale service. I am certainly recommending them with an open heart.

This was my fourth purchase from HBI and the best one yet. Owner Billy Wenk personally walked me through my options as I was searching for a new, to me, Cayman S. The test drives he provided greatly aided my decision to select the 2018 718 Cayman S I purchased. Partner/Sales Director Niko Vlahos could not have been more helpful in guiding me through the paper work maze and deciding upon add on services such as extended CPO. He is a great addition to the HBI team! Their paperwork Doc U Sign system takes a good deal of the stress/pressure out of this part of the purchase. Time to read all the small print you want! Tyler Reavis in the detailing shop is a pleasure to work with and especially accommodating to my accessorizing the exterior of the car. Other preparation work on the car was done expeditiously and the closed trailer delivery of the car to my home just added to this great service. It was new-car, showroom perfect! Many thanks!
