CarMax Lubbock

Curtis and Noah really helped out tremendously towards getting me in a badass truck on the same day. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchase through carmax and will most likely continue doing business in the future.

Probably an ok dealership. I bought a vehicle back in March. It’s now April 29 and I still don’t have it. It’s been in the shop receiving repairs for items that should never have been overlooked by the so called quality inspection each vehicle goes through. I am driving a loaner car but I want the vehicle I purchased

This was our first time to purchase a vehicle from CarMax and it was sooooo easy!!! We located the vehicle in Houston and paid to have it brought to Lubbock. This truck looked like a brand new one and it was 2 yrs old. Henry, the young man that helped us with the paperwork, was so sweet and had everything done for us. This is probably the best experience I have every had at a dealership. If you need a GOOD used vehicle, I would highly recommend going through CarMax!

Wonderful experience! Made it easy to trade in my car. Everything was ready for me to just sign.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My problem was the car report that Carmax provided stating the vehicle was not damaged. Once my finance went through at my bank, my bank provides an actual Carfax report and the vehicle was damaged in the front. After noticing this I went to examine the front and now can not unsee the damaged spots. Also I wanted to get Military plates for the vehicle but the staff didn't know how to do the paper work so ended up with regular plates and now I will have to pay another fee to get the correct plates.

Unfortunately no background knowledge of how to properly write titles. I had to pay an extra fee for Carmax mistake. Not fair
