Very friendly and helpful people. Curtis was good to deal with. He was very helpful and made the buying process quick and easy. They’re a little pushy with their extended warranty program, but other than that, very good experience. Car was exactly as it looked on pictures.

Overall pleased with the value of my purchase. However, there is a huge issue with how pushy carmax reps can be at times for information that I had to submit multiple times. This is a continuous complaint on my part, and would have to be resolved for me to seriously consider prioritizing using carmax again in the future. Their saving grace I think is that they hold a large share of the market in used cars, so they may end up being the best choice regardless of the sales experience, which is was quite mediocre. I think the store itself and the people that work there try as hard as they can, and I do appreciate how nice they were to work with. That doesn't absolve the larger carmax ecosystem from it's glaring issues, however.

Curtis and Noah really helped out tremendously towards getting me in a badass truck on the same day. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchase through carmax and will most likely continue doing business in the future.

Probably an ok dealership. I bought a vehicle back in March. It’s now April 29 and I still don’t have it. It’s been in the shop receiving repairs for items that should never have been overlooked by the so called quality inspection each vehicle goes through. I am driving a loaner car but I want the vehicle I purchased

This was our first time to purchase a vehicle from CarMax and it was sooooo easy!!! We located the vehicle in Houston and paid to have it brought to Lubbock. This truck looked like a brand new one and it was 2 yrs old. Henry, the young man that helped us with the paperwork, was so sweet and had everything done for us. This is probably the best experience I have every had at a dealership. If you need a GOOD used vehicle, I would highly recommend going through CarMax!
