I am disgusted with Eme. I had dealt with Rick in the past and he was great person and sales associate. I wanted to buy a car and Eme was supposed to help me. I called to inquire about the availability of the car. He said it was available, and I made an appointment. When I arrived, "he was busy". I waited about 45 minutes to an hour. He finally showed up. I asked him about the car. He replied "let me go find it". He came back a few minutes later to tell me that the car had been sent to the body shop to apply a clear coat. I did told him I wanted the car and to call me as soon as the car was back. I call him almost everyday for seven days. He didn't return any of my calls. I decided to go to his website. I did a search and the car was not listed any longer. This leads me to believe he sold it. Although he has the right to sell the car, I had already made it very clear I wanted to buy the car. This seems very unprofessional.

I cannot say enough good things about this car buying experience w/ Michelle & Diamond Motors! It was the fastest, easiest purchase I've ever experienced. Before I even walked in the door, she'd gotten me approved & given me financing options. She was patient w me regardless of the 100+ heat, as I test drove & luckily I loved the 3rd & didn't keep her out there any longer. Next best thing after her amazing customer service was that my 2 minor concerns w the car were addressed & adjusted to my liking. I could not be more satisfied w my car nor my experience here!

If you’re shopping for a car Diamond Motors is the place for you, ask for Rick the entire staff is friendly down to the mechanic . They genuinely help you get into the vehicle you desire not just something to get you off the lot. Rick helped me out prior to me even visiting the lot , he let me know what he could do for me before I came so no time wasted. I sincerely recommend them over a lot of these other places who just want the sale , Diamond Motors cares.

Car broke down in less than 60 miles. I live in the country. There is no public transportation. I bought this car so I could get a job and get around. I live 41 miles one way to the dealer. I had to find my own mechanic, figure out a new means of getting around to make this car payment that I am still obligated to pay, regardless if the car works or not. No, they can make a half-assed attempt of correcting the problem, but all and all, you will spend the most money in the long run, in vain!!! Horrible company!!! I recommend going somewhere else

Picked up the car on Friday had it less than 5 days and it stopped working. Rick (salesman) said it's not their problem. if you go, get the car inspected by an actual mechanic. Dealer submitted the incomplete paperwork to the bank 3 times, delaying the buying process by a whole week.

Found the exact Audi I was looking for, couldn't even find it online. Approval was no issue even with low credit - these guys will MAKE it happen for you.

Great service, knowledgeable, and helped me get approved. I had a hard time getting approved and the team got it done. Loving my new Mercedes.
