I just purchased a 2025 Ioniq 5 Limited from Fitzgerald. The salesman I dealt with was Simon Sheey. Simon spearheaded the effort to get me the exact model I wanted with the exterior and interior color we wanted. He also found me a rear wheel drive model since I did not want the most commonly available all wheel drive. Simon and all the other staff we dealt with were professional, friendly and fair. Faizan was incredibly helpful during the entire process. He was transparent with pricing, very responsive to questions and proposals, and took the time to walk through each step in the process. Communication was great, with texts and calls when needed. After purchasing the vehicle, he spent a lot of time walking us through all the features on the new car, connecting and setting up the phone, and asked us to call anytime with questions about the car as they came up. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep, and he changed my view on the car buying experience.
