Traded in a car Chris sold me a car. The manager never turned in the paperwork on my trade-in three months later I’m still being billed the car they sold me needed $8000 of repair jobs car only cost 12,500 worst dealership ever sleazy bad bad sales people they lie they cheat they steal.

Horrible. Shady and dysfunctional along with Bloomingdale auto. Horrible transaction. Crappy broken car. Nothing but headaches and a run around with them. Don’t bother

All started well & friendly, bought a car from them in March ($21k), luckily I took the up the insurance, they recommended it. Paid a $1000 holding deposit & $4000 deposit, signed the contract & loan, took the car, it took them 1 month to file the loan which the offer had expired, they then forged my details on another loan at a hirer rate & only took up the $4000 deposit & pocketed the $1000. I have been constantly contacting them to resolve it, no one calls back & I can't get through to their finance department. The rack & pinion failed on the car, $5000 repair bill, warranty will only cover $3900. Check the car very carefully, do not trust what they say.

Do not recommend this place, first they charge extra fee and say that’s warranty but then refuse to repair a car. Second the car is in poor technical condition, my bad that I was there alone without mechanic.

Don’t recommend this place They scam people cars are in bad shape customer service is terrible and the manager has a really bad attitude

I've read all the bad reviews. I haven't ran across the things they have I have nothing but praise for more and the staff there I bought a 2016 Chevy suburban delivered and I must have asked the right questions cuz I got the right answers everything they said turned out to be right thank you and I'll deal with you again.
