Fake price! Listed at $31000 but the vehicle is $34000 must be financed! Stay away

Anyone who knows me, knows I rarely publicly endorse businesses or people; however, yesterday Jim Snowberger & I met some outstanding individuals at Affinity Auto Sales in West Chicago IL. Henry Ramos was our sales advisor and Jay Delanovic was the Finance Manager who handled our sale; these are 2 of the most polite and professional Gentlemen I have met in a very long time. In a post-COVID world, customer service has gone by the wayside but definitely not with these 2 Gentlemen...they listened to our needs, had very good insights and were genuine in casual conversations. I truly believe they could lead a seminar on how to connect on a human level with people for those in not only sales professions but in LIFE in general! It was quite a long drive to get there for us but that didn't matter to Jim or I because of the care and consideration we were both shown before and after the sale. Jim contacted Henry via email 2 days prior to us arriving you make sure the Jeep was available, he was quick responding, very polite and offered to have it fully detailed before our arrival. He was a man of his word! Jay fully explained all of the paperwork in great detail although both of us have previously bought vehicles; he wanted to make sure every detail was covered. Every experience was above our expectations. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle to contact Affinity Auto Sales...I promise you will not be disappointed!
