Best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle at a

Best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle at a dealership! Jessica was wonderful, she kept in touch after I inquired about the truck early in the morning until I could arrive late in the day and test drive the truck. It was a great experience through out the purchase process, I met several staff and the assistant sales manager even brought me a cup of coffee! Jessica has followed up with me after the sale to make sure I was happy with the purchase.

Slow service.

Slow service. Over 3 weeks to replace a water pump. No loaners so I had to eat 3 weeks of rental car bills. Warranty is giving me $350 to cover 10 days at $35 per day. The service dude says he tried to get me more but since I didn’t rent a Ford, the request was denied. No one ever told me to rent a particular car. In fact I had an appointment tent to drop my car off and after not hearing anything, I called late the next day to inquire and was told they wouldn’t even look at it until the following week. So why set an appointment to simply park a car in your parking lot? That was almost a week of rental there. There were a couple times the service advisor called me with updates but it was usually me calling to see what the status was. The car is fixed now so at least that part is good.

Chad was awesome, he got the deal i wanted on my 2020 Ford Fusion, I'm actually getting ready to go back and see him again and buy another truck I know my review is a little late, but thank you Chad for everything you did for me
