Mandatory dealer package needs to be customizable.
Mandatory dealer package needs to be customizable. Definitely a profit center and not everyone wants everything in the package. Just be honest, we require a package that is X $. Have a pick list and you might even sell more than the package. Choice is king these days. Don't offer a trade evaluation if you knowingly are going to offer significantly less. Almost a bait and switch and leaves a bad taste in the consumer's mouth. Both are very old school dealership practices. Consumers have lots of choices, you should win on fairness and integrity.

This was the most non pressured car buying experience I
This was the most non pressured car buying experience I have ever had. Larry actually showed me 3 different cars that I was interested in,and answered all my questions without being annoyed. He also put on 4 new tires and breaks all the way around without me asking him to too make sure my new car wouldn't have any issues for a long time.
