We came in to the dealership to look at a much lower end car but it turned out to be a stick shift, which I didn’t want my son to drive. We saw the car we ended up purchasing while we were on our way out and fell in love. We absolutely could not believe That we could afford it… We didn’t plan to spin as much as we did but we were able to get the deal worked out that was comfortable for us. Larry Young was absolutely a sweetheart, super nice guy… Absolutely would go to him again for any car purchasing needs… And Charlie Ward was a great finance guy… This experience was such a blessing, especially since we bought my son his first car… It was just so awesome from start to finish. The overall experience was very good. We bought a used car that was in excellent condition with no dings on it. When we came to pick it up, there was a new ding on the drivers door. They say they will fix it. Our salesman did a super job.

Chad is really great! I needed to lower my payments and get better gas mileage and he worked hard to make that happen for me. Traded in a Ford Explorer (which I also bought from Chad!) and left with a fabulous new (or almost new) 2022 Honda Civic Sport. Chad is so nice, super responsive, and willing to go to work for you. We were a 6 hour drive from Riverside Ford and I was a bit concerned about buying a used truck that far away but Chad went above and beyond getting me detailed pictures of the truck.
