Great people

Shopped extensively for the right car for the right price. Robert at Bob Hurley was able to accomplish all our goals for a competitive price. Multiple places tried to sell us their car even though it didn't have what we wanted. Robert problem solved to get what we wanted and the price we wanted to pay.

Amazing

We have been looking for over 2 months for a new truck. It seems that all of our local dealers did not want to make a deal with us. Instead every dealership wanted us to come in and sit down with him which time that we did not have . spending more of our valuable time on a deal that potentially could never happen was just not an option. But that didn't happen at Bob Hurley Ford. Within 10 minutes of talking to Mark Davis I knew he was the salesman and the dealership that I wanted to go with. He answered all my questions in the first conversation and call me back immediately with a price and email from the sales manager confirming the price. Outstanding customer service across the board from the sales team to the sales manager to the financial department was an absolute pleasure. Me and my wife can't express how much we felt at home and confident with buying with Bob Hurley Ford. Mark Davis walks us through the entire process leaving Stone Unturned. And unlike other dealerships are price that was given to us over the phone was the price that we paid for the vehicle. That's why we found ourselves 125 miles away from home passing dozens of dealerships with probably the same or better pricing. But you can't beat customer service nor the price that I got for this vehicle. Thanks again to Mark Davis and Bob Hurley Ford for such a great purchase so far from home!

Great service, even better people!

Let's just call this "Expedition 2.0" I bought an Expedition from Bob Hurley at the end of February. Last month someone hit that car totaling it, and the people at Bob Hurley once again found the exact car I wanted. It's identical to the one I had and LOVED! They have always went above and beyond making the entire purchasing process one you can't compare to any other. From beginning the search, to driving the car off the lot, I am a Bob Hurley customer for life! 😊

Very painless

My van has had the same issue. It was fixed the first time and the second time they found another issue they fixed them both before returning the van to me.

I have been through a lot 2016 the tragedy of losing my only child in a senseless home invasion, and watching my mother pass 52 days later a brain cancer I sometimes feel hopeless and lost, I mean I lost 2 of the most important people in my life. However I was left with my mother's car payment and felt now it was time to let it go back to his financial institution. So in need of a Dependable ride I called a salesman at Bob Hurley Ford. His name was Randall Jones, I went and met with him and I couldn't have called a better salesman, his hospitality and kindness was the best, he never pushed or made me feel uneasy. I test drove a pickup it was very nice and that's when I noticed a beautiful car sitting in the lot, I ask my salesman about that car and he said we could test drive it. So we did and that's when I fell in love with the 2011 Ford Mustang 5.0 GT. However we went back and forth with financial department on payments and what would be paying monthly, all that time I was trying to not get my hopes up, because I didn't want to be or feel rejection. With my salesman Randall Jones and the team at Bob Hurley , we were able to come to an agreement that I I was happy with and that I could afford. By then I was beginning to get excited, but at the same time I was thinking this could not be happening. We finished the paper work and I shook hands with my salesman, still in misbelief. My salesman had the car touched up on and filled my tank up with gas and as he pulled my car around to the front of the lot, I stood anxiously! Then I seen my car tears of joy ran down my face uncontrollably. Thats when I new I could smile again. Randall Jones and the team of Bob Hurley gave me hope and gave me some confidence that had been stolen away from me a year ago! I highly recommend Bob Hurley on the river, and my salesman Randall Jones, go see them and let them put you in your dream car and hopefully bring tears of joy on your face. Thanks again Randall Jones and Bob Hurley Ford.

Service department is great

The service department employees took care of everything and kept me updated throughout the process while my truck was in for a week. I have zero complaints and recommend them for anyone needing work done.
