The dealership is well-organized, and the staff are professional and friendly. The vehicle's price is competitive compared to similar options. Although I paid in full, the attractive 72-month financing at 0% interest, combined with the company's charitable nature, caught my attention.

Came in for an official Subaru inspection of my steering rack (notorious STI leak). I was working with a customer advocate on possibly having Subaru replace it as my car only has 72000. Customer service and overall contact with the employees was great and friendly. I’d go back if I was looking for another. Ultimately Subaru advocate said they wouldn’t cover it because of mileage even though that was the first piece of information provided, and could have saved me $100 for just telling me it was too far out of warranty. Frustration is with the “main” Subaru advocate, and has nothing to do with this dealership. The dealership did great and had good snacks (who doesn’t like snacks).

Everybody was very helpful and there are great amenities while waiting. I didn’t feel too much pressure at any point during purchase.
