Maria was AMAZING.

Maria was AMAZING. She was so happy and her attitude made the whole experience super fun. I am so used to taking forever, sitting there waiting for everything, feeling stressed out, tired, impatient and drinking lie 20 cups of coffee. I only had one cup! Honestly, I would tell all of my friends if they are looking for a Subaru to go to Walser. In case, if the Walser experience we had is the same everywhere I will recommend Walser to everyone that is looking for a car. GO MARIA. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

Our customer service representative Rosie was fantastic.

Our customer service representative Rosie was fantastic. He went through everything slowly and efficiently. He answered all our questions and made us comfortable with our decision. He also took a long time going through every item in the car so that we knew how to use all the new technology.

Very efficient buying process for me, I enjoyed working

Very efficient buying process for me, I enjoyed working with the sales associate Osica, she was very helpful. I wished there was less push for the extra optional items, don’t mind mentioning and explaining them, but no need for the manager to push it that hard

This facility is so clean and bright.

This facility is so clean and bright. All the vehicles beautifully displayed. Everyone was/is so friendly. Phillip Mitchell was very thorough and patient, and extremely nice.
