Supposed to get a new windshield have the order paper

Supposed to get a new windshield have the order paper work have went there 2 times they say they will call or email me and still nothing you think you pay that kind of money for a car and they would take care of you but so far it's like they don't care since they made the sale and have my money I'm not a priority to get the windshield they say they owe me. The car is great but also the car for some reason didn't come with a spare key. We have all seen the viral videos of dealerships not giving extra keys so they can charge for them well this is one of those dealerships.

I was very pleased with the customer service.

I was very pleased with the customer service. My Subaru Outback needed the filters change. The job was done quickly. I received the messages about the stage of the work and when the job was done. The staff performed an outstanding job. Thank you!

They did what they were supposed to do but nothing more.

They did what they were supposed to do but nothing more. There is a gap between the video of the work provided, documentation and information provided by the service guy. They are obviously not a coordinated group.

The service was very efficient.

The service was very efficient. The guy who checked in my car noticed a click in the door hinge. My service person noted a missing nut and they repaired that. No more click or creak. Nice.
