Osica and Emerson did a wonderful job with getting us

Osica and Emerson did a wonderful job with getting us into our Forester. Osica was knowledgeable and in-depth with getting us acquainted and set up with our phones. My wife is happy with our Forester and experience due mostly to Osica's customer service and professionalism.

Prompt, high quality service.

Prompt, high quality service. Nice waiting room with good, hot coffee. Loved the video showing the actual examination of my car.

I've bought new cars at three other dealerships, and Walser provides a level of service exceeding what I've had at those other dealerships. I'm exceptionally pleased with the service - in fact, the favorable reviews regarding service was the deciding factor in my decision to purchase my Subaru from Walser.

As part of my service, I had my oil changed.

As part of my service, I had my oil changed. The new oil filter was not screwed on appropriately and subsequently caused a large oil leak all over my garage floor. To their credit, they did fix this issue without charge, but I do still have the large oil patch in my garage.
