This is my 4th Subaru, and the timing of this one is the chaos of The Trump administration. Last summer I stopped into Walser St.Paul and met Faheim, a newer salesperson. I told him my plan was a year away, but I was impressed enough that I would look for him when I was ready. He has called or emailed several times over these 8 months, just checking in. Not intrusive at all. So Saturday I went back and started the process with Faheim. Great, great experience! He he helped me find the right car, negotiated a fair deal for the 2020 Outback I traded in. And was proficient with all the paperwork. He is the kindest, most congenial car salesman I have ever worked with. Absolutely the best!

This people at this dealership are always very prompt and helpful. I had no trouble getting an appointment within a couple of days. I had forgotten my coupon and they found another discount for me. The inspection video is very informative, and they are willing to give me advice about future maintenance.
